Graphic Designer / Web Designer
AFC website department is seeking an experienced graphic designer / web designer to work in-house with our website department.
Responsibilities:
· Create original logos, banners and various graphics to be used on the official website.
· Manage and supply photos, images and graphics to the website editors to be used with the website articles and news stories.
· Create and manage online promotional material, wallpapers and other graphics for the fan zone.
· Create flash components to be used on the web site and edit and update existing flash components on the web site.
· Perform basic Content Management duties
· Provide basic web programming support to our developers (HTML)
Requirements:
· At least 2 years experience in web design (HTML)
· Proven Experience in graphic design
· English language skills (written and spoken)
• Experience working in a creative environment and producing original graphics.
• Experience using related graphics software (Photoshop, Flash, …)
• Knowledge of commonly used software applications
• Advanced Flash skills, Javascript and Ajax are a plus

Football Writer - AFC Official Website (Arabic)
Objectives: AFC website department is seeking an Arabic football editor to write and manage content for the Arabic version of the AFC official website.
Responsibilities:
Provide original content for the AFC official web site in form of articles
Manage various sections of the Arabic version of the web site such as competition schedules, Scores, Play by play, player profiles and more
Translate English content posted on the site by other language editors
Work closely with the AFC in-house editors and AFC regional correspondents to ensure timely delivery of content
Requirements:
Excellent skills (written & spoken) in English and Arabic (Certification or proof of skills required)
Minimum 3 years of football journalism and translation experience (English – Arabic)

Women’s Football (Coach Education)
Objective:
To increase the quality and quantity of coaches and instructors for women’s football through educational courses
Job description:
Ensure delivery of continental, regional and member association courses, according to AFC policies, for women’s football, women’s coaches and instructors by coordinating with various stakeholders including but not limited to FIFA, Confederations, Member Associations and leading individuals in the field
Contribute to the coach education curriculum and other educational materials, in particular subjects which are specific to women’s football by coordinating with various stakeholders including but not limited to the other experts of women’s football, the AFC Education Division and the AFC Coach Education department
Ensure that all educational materials are kept up-to-date by consistently upgrading her knowledge and development through reading, research and communication with experts of women’s football.
Coordinate the flow of information to ensure that all educational materials and information can be shared within the women’s football coaching family
Monitor the development of coaches for women’s football at the Member Associations through communication with relevant persons at the Member Associations.
Coordinate the production of technical study reports of AFC Women’s Competitions
Update the AFC Management as required on the status of coaching courses, quantity and quality of instructors and coaches for women’s football
Education:
Bachelor Degree
Coaching qualification:
Minimum AFC ‘B’ certificate. Preferably AFC ‘A’ certificate
Coaching experience:
Must have coached women’s football teams at the state or provincial level for at least 5 years
Playing experience:
Must have played at either national level league or competitions

Objective:
To increase the awareness, quantity and quality of news pertaining to women’s football through AFC’s official communication platform
Job description:
Provide daily, weekly, monthly and yearly update, review, releases and news on women’s football through AFC’s official communication platform
Ensure accurate information on women’s football is circulated and delivered to member associations, internal AFC staff, external media/agencies and the women’s football family.
Coordinate and ensure production of activity reports after each AFC Women’s Competitions, courses, activities, etc.
Develop media campaigns to promote women’s football at continental and Member Association level
Build and maintain positive relationship with external media/agencies and to use these relationship to promote and increase coverage of women’s football
Update the AFC Management as required on the coverage of women’s football in Asia and the perceived status of the game as reported by the media
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Journalism or Media
Sports backgound:
Must have been involved with football. Involvement in women’s football is preferred.
