MACAU: DPR Korea and Hong Kong will clash in the final of the preliminary rounds on Sunday for a spot in the EAFF Championship next year.

DPR Korea registered two wins against Mongolia (7-0) and hosts Macau (7-1) to take top place in Group A while Hong Kong negotiated their way past Guam (15-1) in their second Group B match after drawing with Chinese Taipei 1-1.

The EAFF Championship will be held in China from February 17-24, 2008.

China, who won the title in 2005, Korea Republic and Japan have qualified automatically for the biennial regional competition.
